i) PRIVACY ScholarRescue is committed to safeguarding your personal information.


ii) INFORMATION COLLECTION ScholarRescue collects both non-personally identifiable information (for the purposes of enhancing our services to you) and personally identifiable information (only where necessary, in order to facilitate transactions, such as payment to you).

v) COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated in any way, please notify ScholarRescue at infringement@ScholarRescue.com

     b) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;


     c) A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (1) the above information in your Notice is accurate, and (2) that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or
         that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner;


     d) Your address, telephone number, and email address; and


     e) Your physical or electronic signature.


ScholarRescue will remove the infringing material, subject to the procedures outlined in the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).
